1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Orryze's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
Orryze provides B2B outreach services including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, and messaging strategy consulting. Our services are designed to help businesses generate high-quality leads through personalized, relationship-focused outreach.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and target audience
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not use our services for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
- Respect the privacy and preferences of your prospects
- Provide timely feedback and approvals as needed for campaign execution
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and methodologies developed by Orryze remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use campaign materials created specifically for their business during the term of our agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. We will not share, sell, or distribute any client data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orryze's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and access to our services will be discontinued.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
